93 EJ1 SRS and CEL jumpers both missing?
I went to reset the SRS light and pull the CELs from my 93 EJ1 and neither two pin jumper is where its supposed to be. The one that is supposed to be by the ECU in the passenger kick panel is not there and the two pin dummy jumper to reset the SRS system is not there either, the only thing I found plugged into my fuse block for SRS was not dead and had two pins sticking out of the block....wtf? Any help here would be much appreciated.

I found a two pin that looks like the CEL harness that supposed to be jumped under my drivers side kick panel any chance it could be there instead of on the passenger side?

Ok so heres the ECU, in my EJ8 that little jumper is hanging down right above the ECU, I took the ECU out and its not behind it and unless its sitting waaaay up in my dash its not up between the side of the dash and the shell either.
Here's my fuseblock,
On my EJ8 the jumper is kinda above all the empty slots, and when I pull it out it is completely dead, no pins sticking out of the slot that the SRS jumper was in. This is the only SRS harness that goes to my fuseblock in my EJ1 and it has two corresponding pins in the slot when I pull it out, which im assuming means its live and hence the wrong connector.

Most likely, the service connector is there but you have not yet found it. It's located at the top of the main wire harness and is often tucked into a rubber holder. These diagrams may help:
I missed the fact that you have a 93 Civic. It lacks the SRS reset connector that your EJ8 has. 93 Civics have the old-style SRS system that requires electrical readings for diagnosis. For example:

Re: 93 EJ1 SRS and CEL jumpers both missing?
Awesome diagram I found the jumper, which was actually beside my glove box :/ Anyways I looped it and clicked on the ignition and the CEL just keeps flashing a slow constant flash, no short ones and long ones just constant slow flashing. I tried to pull the negative cable to wipe the ecu and figured all the codes would just kick again but the light stayed on after reconnecting the battery. Any ideas? Also, you said the SRS for a 93 is different and the diagram you showed is a troubleshooting one, after these have been tested and are fixed will the light shut its self off or is there a reset that you have to do?

I took video of the light but I have no idea how to embed it seeings as ive never done it before, as far as your second statement, the jumper was not in place when I reconnected the battery, and for the third part thanks for the info :] So how do I embed the video into my post?

Re: 93 EJ1 SRS and CEL jumpers both missing?
Ok well little issue with that.....I have a D16Z6 in the car but ive been told that the intake manifold is from a D16Y8 and I know that in my EJ8 the IAT is in the intake pipe but on the D16Z6 manifold the IAT is somewhere in the back of the intake manifold.....could it be that the sensor is not there? Snapped some pictures of the manifold and a vaccum line coming off the back that is very professionally plugged -__- :EDIT: The picture you posted appears to confirm my thoughts so what do I do in this situation? This is how I got the car and I dont see an IAT dangling around behind the motor or a wiring harness either.

Re: 93 EJ1 SRS and CEL jumpers both missing?
Look for an unplugged 2P connector with a Grn/Wht wire and a Red/Yel wire (is that it in the picture?). Once located, you need to buy an IAT sensor and install it into your intake pipe.
The plugged vacuum hose is for cruise control.

Sounds easy enough wish me luck and thanks a ton for all the help! I'll update once I've found the wire and ghetto rigged the sensor in lol.
