Default 93 Del Sol won't start, even with starting fluid

Have a 1993 Honda del Sol SI with a d16z6. it is my daily driver and has been doing fine till day for yesterday when at a red light it seem like the fuel cut but restarted and continue acting normal. then today when I went out to crank it up it would not start. the engine rotates but will not crank. I'm getting fuel to the fuel rail but my injectors are not firing. I have no codes or check engine lights but the ECU checks out. any ideas as to why my injectors are not spraying?

Are the spark plugs firing? If no spark check if distributor is rotating.

If you do have spark, put a little gas or starting fluid in the intake to see if that makes the engine fire and run a little. This rules out a timing problem.

You should have 12 volts on one lead of all the injectors when key is on. The ECU pulls the other lead to ground, briefly, to open the injector. The short pulse can be hard to see on a meter.

while trying to start the car stumbles but does not pick up. is not throwing any codes in the computer checks out is good. my prevailing theories are has jumped time which I don't think it has the injectors are not spraying into the cylinder or the fire's not hot enough. this car or I guess it is my daily driver I was running fine yesterday until at a red light when it stumbled then ran for 30 more minutes till I parked it back home.

Things that i have done
1.Replace the main relay with a good one
2. all four spark plugs are firing
3.getting 12 volts to all four fuel injectors
4.Has good gas and fuel pump works

Does the CEL work?

Does the fuel pump prime?

yes cel works and no codes. Fuel pump primes and works too.

Does the engine start with starting fluid?

trying to find some now. replaced FPR with two that work off running cars and no noticeable improvement.

Flawed assumption.

Check the mechanical timing and compression test the cylinders.

I am sorry but I would disagree on the basis that the car function perfectly yesterday with the exception of its tumbling one time but today it is not working so I cannot see how it could have jumped time nor lost compression when it was driving just fine yesterday when I parked it overnight but to humor you I will go check.

You have already humored me. Without question, your assumption was flawed.

I'll let you answer your own question.

Make a list of how many ways a car can work and then not.

1 Fuel- Fuel pump and FPS are working and the plugs are wet with fuel so the injector are working.
2 Air- the intake system is free and clear of any and all obstructions with clean filter. exhaust and cat is clear.
3 Spark- Ignition system is firing in order with all 4 plugs gap to specs.
4 Compression- cant pull accurate compression till cylinders have dried out a bit.
5 Timing- i have no way to check but going on the fact the car was work before i parked it last night.

Can't determine timing as cam timing mark and crank pulley alignment with pointer are not shown. See diagram I posted.

Timing belt looks old. Has it ever been replaced?

was not showing you the time but the belt itself. looked too thin and too much play in it. ill have to wait till sunrise to check timing. idk i have to ask the person i bought it from.
