help 1992 honda civic bolt holding timing belt tensioner that fits into crank the fitting in crank is stripped what can I do?

Is the tensioner broken or are the threads in the block stripped? Posting pictures would help.

Had this happen to me just a little bit ago. Go down to harbor freight and get a bolt extractor.
