Default 92 Civic AC problem (Condensor fan related)

So a while back i posted about how my AC would cause my car to idle out (when the car returns to idle it would stall out, hence "idle" out)
recently i noticed the AC would all the sudden start blowing hot, usually after sitting stopped for a few minutes but occasionally while driving. So one day i Popped the hood and noticed my Condensor fan wasn't spinning at all, but a few minutes later the AC started blowing cold and, JUST A GUESS but the fan turned on.

Now to get to my point, shortly after all this happened, (few days later) My car stopped blowing cold all together, the blower would kick on but the air would be ambient and my C.Fan doesn't turn on at all. When i turn the AC on the idle spikes to 1500 to counter a load that isn't there any more. So my question is: Did my condenser fan just finally give up and die (it is a motor and they do do that) Or is the lack of any Cold air mean i have more then just Fan issues now....

any more info will be posted if needed.

If you swap the fan and clutch relays, does the fan now run?

Is fuse 13 or 35 blown?

If you unplug the pressure switch and ground the Blu/Red wire in the connector, does the fan run and compressor clutch engage?

It's important to voltage test installed fuses on both top test tabs. It tells you whether the fuse receives voltage and whether it is blown. Click the Fuses link in my signature. The test is very easy to do. People miss blown fuses all the time and fail to recognize when fuses don't get voltage.

I already did this after it happened, Most people don't know that fuses can be blown but still pass the eye test.
But thanks for the headsup.

Sounds good. It's so important to rule out the simple things before moving forward with other less common explanations.
