From my Power Folding Heated Mirrors Install DIY, which I am surprised you didn't look up.

igure 3a. PFHM wiring connectors showing heater pad wiring (1) and folding motor wiring (2).

^^ You might have to flip around the wire colours for pins 4 & 5 in your white connector - ie., mate up BLU/RED from the black connector to GRN/YEL in the white. That's how I wired up mine ... I thought it mattered at the time ... possibly it doesn't. That clear as mud? Never mind. If you want to wire it up like you had it before ... just flip around pins 4 and 5 from the black connector in the photo and match up the wire colours like normal.

PS. The BLK and WHT wires are for the optional heating elements ... obviously BLK meets BLK, but don't get the BLU/REDs confused (well, presumably you don't have the heated feature?) OK, rambling post over. It's 3AM and I shouldn't be on HT anymore.

See your photos are of the colors going into the plug from the doors.
What i couldn't find was from the plug to the mirrors.

the colors from the door to the plug don't match up from the plug to the mirrors.

so your photos may be right?

to this day. your still the only person ive ever seen with the heated mirrors!
Ive never been able to find them for sale.

I knew they were different on the back side, but it seems I have confused the wiring for the heater pads vs. the folding motor. I'll have to check my own, but according to that clubeg6 post, the BLK and WHT wires are for the folding motor. Actually, that is triggering a distant memory where I noticed the GRN wire was the ground for the heater pad ... but mated with the BLK on the front side. Whoops, sorry bout the bad advice there.

Actually, now that I look at it, my photo and description are correct for the black connector. (Minus the small discrepancy where the heater pad wires are shifted over by one compared to the clubeg6 post -- my mirrors weren't like that originally, but it really doesn't matter.)

The power-fold feature of the mirrors is a real gimmick and serves no useful purpose for the majority of people here in North America. That said, I do use mine every time I drive, but that's partly because A. I park down a narrow back alley which makes me feel I need it, even though I don't; B. They would otherwise just seize up from lack of use. But, the feature came on the switch when I bought it, and I figured I might as well wire it up.

The heated wiring portion was a real pain to figure out because there was NO INFORMATION on the piece. Had to research a ton, then design my own wiring diagram. But THAT is a useful feature. They pop up once or twice a year on eBay. Last one sold for $200(!!!) though.
