2nd gear problem

Hi. I have a 99 Civic LX and sometimes when I switch from 1st to 2nd gear at low speeds I hear a clunk noise and I can feel it on the shifter. Do you know what can cause this?

only the clueless blame the synchros.

Check the motor mounts first, 6g mounts weren't the best of designs.

Just because I offered bad synchros as a possible problem doesn't make me clueless.
This is what this forum is for, (info), not to talk **** about other people.
