well, this is what i did...

changed spark plugs and did an oil change... the idle was much better, but would drop and then quickly go back up... then i filled my tank up with shell gas after using bp for about a month and it went back to normal...

yes when i first bought my car the guy was running regular non syntec oil and regular gas i switched over and this problem started happening very minimal too me i have never had it stall but it seems like the same problem
it happened last week for about a minute
i also notice when i make perfect shifts a few times it goes normal
but did you notice its really harder shifting cause the rpms drop rapidly??????

I seem to be having this exact problem. i will be checking all of the possible solutions to this problem. This just started yesterday night and I wonder if it might need a tune up? While its cold the car runs beautiful, after it warms up its a violent jerk while in gear and wants to die. i will look further into this and be checking all the possible solutions posted on this page! Thank you internet for the invention of a forum to gather intelligence before I go straight to a swap.
