The front lip for '99-'00 Civics was optional for all '99-'00 Civic coupes in the US besides the Si. The front lip was standard on the Si. It fits all '99-'00 Civics though.
The rear lip for '99-00 Civics was optional for all '99-'00 Civic coupes, including the Si. It fits all '99-'00 Civic coupes and sedans though.
The spoiler was optional for all '99-'00 Civic coupes. The lower spoiler was optional for '96-'98 Civic coupes. The '96-'98 sedan and '99-'00 sedan also have unique spoilers.
So for your 2000 Civic Si coupe:
Front Lip (Standard)
Rear Lip (Optional)
Trunk Spoiler (Optional)
Color Matched Side Molding, License Plate Garnish and Mirrors (Standard)
I can go over any other part you ask me about too. In fact, I made a thread about it.

All those parts are factory parts. Some are standard parts (came on all of those cars) and some are optional.

The rear lip was an option when I bought it in '00. Although the picture they showed me at the dealer was a much more aggressive looking lip than what was actually installed. The pic showed a lip that was tapered on the rear. I believe it was JDM style. The one that was installed was a consistent form all the way around, though I still liked it.

Are you sure they're factory? What makes you so sure?

The wheels aren't exactly rare. There should be no problem finding some in East Texas.

I've got to agree about posting pics.

Was this the image you saw before? This is the '98 coupe rear lip. It doesn't even fit the '99-'00 rear bumper, so I imagine they photoshopped an older photo.

I would still be interested in photos of them though.

That is indeed the image I saw when I purchased the car at the dealer. It was the lip I was hoping to get, but I'm not disappointed in what I ended up with.

Re: 2000 civic si factory lip kit
I've got the entire kit. Front, rear and sides.
If anyone wants to put one on a '99-'00 Civic, PLEASE buy a '96-'98 rear bumper so you won't have to pry the metal brackets off the lip, thereby damaging it and lowering the value because it will never mount correctly again. Even worse is most people who pry them off toss the brackets so there really is no way to put it back together. I had a local shop quote how much the brackets would cost to make. It was about $200.

I made a thread with the differences too.

This rear lip is huge compared to the Si front lip btw. It looks ridiculous on a '99-'00. It belongs on a '96-'98 ('98 specifically).
This is the front lip that belongs to the rear lip shown above.

Re: 2000 civic si factory lip kit
i don't wanna be hijacking the thread or anything but this subject seems pretty close to mines. i like the look of the si rear lip because it looks smaller than the ctr rear lip. i was wondering if there is any way of fitting that lip on a hatch. if so any info would be greatly appreciated.

So besides getting a discontinued, expensive, and possibly difficult to find rear lip and cutting it up, I would suggest you look for an aftermarket rear lip.
A '99-'00 rear lip, even if cut, shouldn't fit right on a '96-'00 hatch rear bumper since the bottom is also shaped differently. So you'd have to hack the lip to ****.
