Default 1998 Civic EX Power Window Problem

Car: 1998 Honda Civic EX

Problem: The passenger side window won’t go up or down but the driver window does. The window will go up and down if I put straight power to the window motor.

I checked the 40 amp fuse under the hood and a couple fuses under the dash that said PW thinking it might be power windows. I checked the wiring inside the door and everything seems to be intact.

Also tried another switch on the passenger door. And the driver door switch doesn't put it down either.

Any idea’s what this can be?

Is the main switch turned OFF?

Also test fuse 10.

Where is the main switch?

All the fuses under the dash and under the hood appear good.

I'm going to try switching the driver side switch out for one that I know works. I'm thinking maybe its not completing the circuit.

Check door harness for crack, split, fray wires.

The main switch is in the driver's master switch. See diagram.

Fuses that appear to be good can be bad. Voltage test fuse 10.
