1994 civic vx beiing swapped with 01 gsr.
i have a donor car (2001 gsr) what parts do i have to use from the obd2 gsr to put in my civic?
is my wire harness good for this swap? or do i use the gsr?
gsr ecu or vx ecu?
can i convert this obd2b motor to a obd1?
is there any rewiring involved?

u will need harness convertion from obd2 to obd1 and u need to use gsr ecu.shift linkage..axles..mounts..and u will need a LS throttle cable cause gsr wont fit..
pretty much just drop in ..and for the ac parts...there are various options.lmk what kind of ac set up u want to use and i will give u some idea.

i have ac set up in my civic already and the integra has one too. im not able to use my vx throttle cable?

no.u wont be able to use your vx cable.i tried that before and for the ac set up.i would stay with d series ac set up and get a del sol vtec or crv ac braket and reuse the d series ac compressor thats the easiest way.
but i use different set up caz i cant find the del sol vtec ac bracket in such a short time. so i use the d series pipe and condensor and fan but i use jdm p30 ac bracket and usdm gsr ac compressor,just need to modiy the h and L pressure pipes a bit.

you pretty much have to use everything from the gsr. i mean mounts, axles, shift linkage, ecu. you can use the vx harness, but you gotta wire it for vtec. like CRAZYGUY sed i gotta buy a conversion harness for the ecu cuz your car is obd1 and the ecu is obd2.

You don't have to wire up VTEC on a VX harness.
