00 Civic cranks but won't start

I have a 2000 civic LX I recently bought it has 247,000 miles and ran solid until my dumb *** pull the spark plug wire to cylinder #1 the car cut off and now it just cranks forever I check the dizzy wound up just putting a new one on so then I also change the wires and plugs and it still won't turn over can someone please help me

Starter main relay and injectors all work it's getting spark

Pulling a spark plug lead can damage a coil, you said you have spark, but what kind of spark, did you use an HEI spark tester to check the spark, is the spark bright blue? 94

Ohm test the coil. It's likely blown.
