You could get a lhd dash in black/dark grey from Canada. (i'm not 100% sure if it's darker than the dark grey in the civic though) We have them in our Acura version of the Civic called the Acura EL. Be sure to check the color code inside the door jam to make sure to get the right one

The EL interior is TYPE K / Classy Gray / Dark Gray just like many Civics in the US and Canada.
Your best bet for a stock black dash and other interior panels would be Europe (besides UK/Ireland). It's going to get pricey getting all those parts over here though.
The CTR interior will use a different color code for the interior, but that's because they have a BLACK/RED interior, not just BLACK. There are also several combos for interiors in Europe that come out as black. I'll have to check later and I'm not sure I can get photos for all.

Re: ek black interior?
The cheapest and easiest way to get an OEM LHD black dash for your EK is to to know someone in the military who is stationed in Germany. German cars are LHD and they got the VTi model which have black dashes. There used to be a few who users on HondaTech who would take the time to do junk yard runs for people on here. I found a user who really helped me out since he could ship things pretty cheap through the military. It only cost me $30 to ship a complete dash(climate controls and everything). Just make sure you get pigtails with all the electronics, since all the connectors were different.
