Default 2008 Civic EX coupe leaking coolant

I recently noticed that coolant is leaking on the passenger side of the engine block. I have been unable to locate the source of the leak. I checked the rubber hoses that run from the bottom of the radiator on the driver side of the radiator to the block and looks good. No swelling or corrosion. Also noticed that the cooling fans on the radiator are not turning on. The temp gauge shows normal operating temps. Where is the thermo located? Notice coolant on the front of the block on the passenger side motor mount in the front. Coolant is dripping from the plastic cover but can't see past it. Thanks for your help gurus.

sound likes water pump weeping going out if its on passenger side... When my block cracked it was on the front of the block in the webbing part. That's the most common spot. So if its on passenger side most likely water pump replacemtn time
