Default Rear Tire Noise and uneven wear after replacement of Rear Control Arms - Suggestions ? ? ?

What can be done, if you have had the Service Bulletin for Rear Control Arms work performed, (4) new tires installed, two from Honda and two @ $148. (half price from Honda Dealer) Now at 5000 miles noise is returning at 35 to 50 mph. Dealer cross rotated rear tires to see if noise would smooth out. Service rep did admit there was slight wear showing on the rear tire. Per Rep. he said Honda said they had had no complaints of rear tire noise and uneven wear after Service Bulletin had been performed. No sure of how to proceed or what else to do, since Honda Service cross rotated the rear tires, approx. 1000 mile ago. The rear noise is a little better but I have not been able to rotate from front to rear. Also does anyone know is this just on some Civics, just the Hybrids.

IT COULD BE ALL KINDA THINGS...

THEY SHOULD REALIGHN AND U SHOULD ROTATE UR TIRE'S FRONT TO BACK EVERY 3000 MILES

ALSO DO U HUAL ALOT OF WEIGHT IN THE BACK OR HAVE UR TRUNK STUFFED???

THAT COULD CAUSE IT TOO..
