Congrats. The metal2metal noise can be something loose as far as brakets go. Look at them 1x1. Let the car cool down and check the level on your radiator by removing your radiator cap. You should see some right on there. Then check the radiator reservoir as well. There are 2 lines on that reservoir, one says full if I recall right and one says low. It should be between those 20. Hope it helps.

You would be surprised what these cars do with just tuning. </TD></TR></TABLE>
You need bolt on mods (race header, intake, exhaust, any combination of the three) to see positive gains after a Hondata reflash.
We don't have KPro.

I installed a aem sri on my si and heard noise too, but I think its the way it sucks in air, as for the coolant same here lost coolant but refilled the spare bottle after a week of driving b\c it was low and it drives fine now.

if u have the original coolant in there, just go to the dealer and ask which brand they use. but i think honda makes their own brand but im not too sure about it. but i heard that mixing different brands of coolants is a bad thing

Hi Micha
Hondata says that you should have at least an intake or an exhaust before the reflash, otherwise you'll lose power up top.
