Default Piston won't retract-2006 Honda civic

Hello, I have an issue. Just completed a build, and I'm trying to drive it to make sure everything is good...well when I attempt...it feels like my brakes are always on. So I have think I either have a seized piston, causing it not to retract. However, the first time this happened I took the caliper off and compressed the piston back with a c clamp..so I thought maybe it wasn't it...but anyways can someone give some clarification? It will be greatly appreciated. It is both wheels, they will not turn freely when jacked up.
If holmesnmanny reads this, I got the car started, my dumb self didn't plug something in...so I just wanted you to know that I wasn't ignoring your advice.

if you use moly grease on the slide pins it will make the lower sliding pin bushing swell up and lock up the slide pin

you only should use SilGlyde or equivalent type of silicone grease on slide pins, especially those with the small bushings as those that go on slide pins.

Okay so new angle, still haven't checked the pins...but however, when I got home from work I jacked up the car and the tires were still not moving, I doubled checked the wheel...no spin. So I loosened a line on the master cylinder and the driver side tire freed up. I will still check the slide pins....
