Default 2006; 200K Miles and Birthday Parts

My 2006 Civic LX Coupe will hit 200K miles and 8 years old this spring. All in all I am mostly satisfied with it.

It did have the engine block leak, corrected at no cost with a new lower half. I was bothered by the fact that Honda never notified me of an issue and I almost took it to a shop other than Honda had it not been for the Internet. That would have been big bucks out of my own pocket.

Once the weather breaks here's the Birthday present list:
I picked up a set of take off 17" rims and tires from a 2013 Accord.
I ordered Monore struts and shocks, all around.
I ordered 2 Timkin bearings for the front.
I have a set of Pro Stop rotors and pads for the front.
I have new shoes for the rear.

I plan on calling Honda to see what I can get related to the rear control arms. My car is the classic symptom for this issue. I'd swear they used my first set of tires for the picture in the TSB.

I do have a question. Once all this is done, would the alignment be the same as listed in the TSB or would it be different with 17" wheels now?

Thanks,
John
