If you open your glove box there is a sticker on the side of it that tells you your radio code. Every car has a different code.

What if my code doesn't work? I have a 2006 Honda Civic, replaced battery and needed to re-set the radio. I have the card with the code on it that was in the glove box and it doesn't work. Keeps saying "error."

no problem. it should work as long as the s/n is correct.

and for those that entered the code wrong once you enter it wrong three times the radio goes into an error mode and you can no longer enter in a code. at that point disconnect your battery terminals and touch them together (yes the terminals) and hold them for a few minutes and it should be good.
