Default 2014 civic si torque mount replacement

I got into a little accident and my upper engine torque mount snapped. Both pieces. Is there a guide or video on how to replace these? I can't find it anywhere. It's a 2014 civic si coupe if it matters and I was hoping to do it myself by the dealership
wants to charge an insane amount. Any help is appreciated thanks

It's usually pretty straight forward. Just make sure to use something in between the jack and the engine, like a piece of wood, to make sure you don't dent the oil pan. You will need to raise the engine as necessary to take the pressure off the bolts.

Exactly what homesnmanny said just make sure you use a piece of wood to avoid bending the oil pan. Pretty straight forward as install.
