Car vibration problem
Hi all,
I have an '04 Civic LX, 75,000 miles. For the last two months sometimes when I'm driving and going with the flow of traffic, the car would start to shake between 30-40 mph range, like it's going grids. The vibration would go away if I take my foot off the gas or accelerates. The perplexing thing is it doesn't shake at any other speed. The first mechanic I took it to couldn't duplicate it. The second one felt the shake but couldn't find the cause. I've had the tire pressure checked and tires balanced and rotated. My initial thought is it could be a bad ball joint or CV joint. Any idea of what else might cause this?
Thank you for any advice you can give me.
