Default removing flywheel bolts without flywheel spinning

what can i do to remove the flywheel bolts so the flywheel (stock) wont spin along with it? can i have a friend hold a socket and ratchet on the crank pulley side while i remove the bolts so it wont spin or is there another way?

you need a tool called a flywheel holder/turner.

you can do it your way too, but using a tool like this is recommended.

Pry-bar or a long screw driver wedged under it..
