Guys i needed opinions on my case, i own a honda civic 2002 and my power steering pump or rack seems not to work it is really hard for me to turn the wheel i have changed the power steering pump twice for two used ones but i didnt seem to work. Now im thinking about the posibility of the two not working is really low so maybe its the rack or maybe its because i didnt purge the lines what do u all think?

Does the pump whine? Do you have the belt tight?
