2001 civic won't Rev pass 3500 rpm
Car start up fine and drive normal, there is no idling on the engine. when the car temperature get warm the car won't Rev pass 3500 rpm, if I drive it for like 5 to 10 min the car all of a sudden shut off on me while driving or letting the car run by it self.
There a code p1457
Can a evap system leak (canister area cause the car to not Rev pass 3500 and shut down the car ?
Any help would be good

I solved this P1457 code 4 years ago by replacing the EVAP by-pass shut valve and canister. They are located under the car near the fuel tank. Not revving past 3500 rpms sounds like you are in limp mode due the CEL? I don't recall going into limp mode with this code though.
