LCA compliance bushings removal anyone know?
anyone know how i can do this at home with just a press. I bought ES bushings for them to replace worn ones.

Its going to be hard doing it your self, i took mine to a machine shop it was like 30$ a side..
And if u do get them out when you put the new ones in you got to make sure u put them in straight becuase if you dont they will make alot of noise..

Can you get the Front Compliance Bushing from Energy as well? I'm assuming a press fit is all it needs, no bonding agent between the bushing and the fork.

yeah the faq show's usings honda tools and i am installing energy suspension ones they dont have align marks.

Ya use the polyurathan bushing kit, and just install them at a shop let a press do the work instead of you, Im not saying you dont no what to do just be on the safe side.

I got them out without a press or shop to do it just good old fashon'd tool box full-o-tools.

I used an electric impact and my 2 jaw gear puller and got them back in.

lol with as many tools as i have and my compressor being **** up you gotta do what you gotta do. Thank god to BFH and chisel also.
