ex swap

Default ex swap

i want to swap a whole new motor into my lx, and i want to put an ex motor in it, i dont want to do just the head swap, would i have any problems switching the ecu?

That is a good question. I would think there is no problem. Maybe there is a specific ecu for the EX model. Don't take my word for it because I am quite new to automobiles.

i'm gonna go ahead and say you will need an ex ecu most likely but not 100% positive
