Air vent is loose and seems broken.....any fixes?
Did anyone have this problem with the air vents? I moved the one on the passenger side and it droped down like i broke it, .
Now it moves up and down and doesn't stay in one spot any more. Is there a fix for this or do i have to order a new vent?? When i removed the vent i see 2 tabs on it.
Is there supposed to be a rubber cap on those tabs????

This is a relatively well known issue... while i'm not sure of what actually fixes it, if you fold up a piece of paper, etc.... put the vent where you want it then stuff it in the side of the vent, it holds just fine.

Well sorry..... it may be ghetto, but there's no sense spending money and putting effort into fixing something as stupid as a rattling vent. You can squeeze something in there, fix the problem and no one will see it. Why waste any more time on it than that?

I'm still working on a fix for my hatch's annoying little knock, but I think it's due to the catch plate for the lock. It needs a little adjustment.
