2005 t.s.x. motor and trans will it fit into a 2001 civic coupe si
I bought a 2005 t.s.x. motor and trans and found out through the blogs that i need a r.s.x. trans .Is this true or is their a way to put the whole engine and trans into my civic si . I also know where to get t.s.x. k24a2 motors if anyone is looking.

If your civic is the si/ep3 you will need to ask that in the forum for that particular model

You'll need a K20 transmission, whether it's a 5-speed from a K20A3 or a 6-speed from a K20A2 or K20A. The transmission housings are different, and have different mounting brackets, when compared to the K24's.

EP3s wern't produced in 2001, and they def weren't coupes..

Harlowe...as stated above he has a Canadian Market 2001 Civic Si coupe (same as US Market EX Civic EX Coupe.)
