Default 2001 civic ex automatic transmission

I recently had my timing belt and transmission fluid replaced. I was not having any problems only that it was time to be serviced.

Honda tech said I have a cracked front motor mount and torn compliance bushings.

Now when I put transmission in reverse car vibrates. Seems to be in the transmission. It disappears after the vehicle warms up. I also noticed the transmission seemed to take longer to shift from 1st to 2nd gear also until warmed up.

I asked if they might have put the wrong transmission fluid in but they want to blame the engine mount.

Any thoughts?
Thanks

He's within Honda Specifications.
- MT/AT Transmissions: Replace transmission fluid every 120,000 mil/192,000 km/6 yrs, then every 90,000 mil/144,000 km/5 yrs.

Are there different fluid specs between the cvt, m/t and a/t transmissions?

The reason I am suspect is because i had to take the car back 2 hours after they did the timing belt because it was hard to start and the timing seemed off. They did a sloppy job and had fluid all over the engine compartment. Thay told me the reason the car wasnt running right was because fumes from spilled antifreeze had compromised a sensor that controlled the timing. First impressions are lasting
