05 Civic LX, rubbing sound front-end of vehicle
The front end of the vehicle makes a sort of rubbing noise when going at slow speeds. The noise sounds almost identical to the sound of letting off of your brakes when you reach a complete stop, like two really heavy helium balloons rubbing each other beneath the car (at-least that's what my imagination thinks). It's too quiet to tell if it's happening at higher speeds nor is it effected extra by braking or turning. The vehicle's driving performance seems unaffected by this.
Any thoughts?

Yep, dust shield or small rock stuck between shield and disk, not an uncommon problem, especially, if you drive on dirt/gravel roads. 94
