i have a 01 civic lx coup out of the blue my rear turn signals and taillights went out. checked all bulbs and fuses were good but i went ahead and changed all fuses, relays and bulbs just to be safe. still didnt work. under the center console there is a loom of wires which almost all had been cut in half for how long im not sure. so i reconnected the wires. and still nothing. what else could it be besides the fuses relays bulbs and severed wires. been doing research and some say it could be the under the dash fuse box itself. i just painted this car to and dont want to get rid of it. any suggestions.
