1st gen RH evo C5 says Racing Hart on one of the spokes, they werent made by dazz, they were made by Ace or Prime or something like that.

That's correct the RH Evolution wheels are made by Prime for Dazz Motorsports. RH Evolution and Racing Hart are not the same company.

That one had a flat, and I had one of my fat 5's on there. At least they didnt take the drivetrain, i was shocked to see an engine when I popped the hood at the yard.

Friends truck back in the days, the pic is chopped lower a little, but you get the point. I think they are They are 18 x 8F, 18 x 9R, he had the lips dipped:
