My Coupe with 16x9!!! (56k forget it)

I would think his car would be damn slower with the wide tires.. Grip.. he might lose turnin ability but they MIGHT grip better.. You just need to roll out the fenders some.. and those rims are oogly man.

i don't think those tires are wide enough for those wheels
you could have fit those tire on more narrow wheels. you didn't need 16x9.
what size are the tires?
it looks like they say they are 215, you can put 215 on a 16x7.

Re: My Coupe with 16x9!!! (RAS612)
you need like a 255/30/16 other wise 16x9 is pointless. other than making you happy about how it looks. i don't think they even make a 255 for a 16" wheel, that will be close to the right overall diameter for your car.

215/40 would be the size for 16X9s...in Europe the "stretched" tire look is in...it has made its way across the pond here...it can be made to look awesome

it might look nice, but will it perform right. 215 tires were made for a 7.5" wheel. a solid gold wheel might look nice, doesn't mean you should buy it for your car to use on the street or track.

exactly.. jap drifters run really stretched tires (like a 195 on a 15x10!!) b/c less sidewall flex = smoother and more predictable breakaway..
btw, civic looks like pooopo.. sorry
