Look at what AAA towing did to my lug nut
Okay, I had a flat, lug was a little stripped, so I couldnt get it out.
Called up AAA and some guy came over. I asked him if he had a wheel lock remover. He said no.
Then he said, he can try to cut it off with a bolt cutter.
And this is what I got.
Now, it's FUCKED up and Firestone charged $110 to cut this off.
They drilled a big *** hole on my rim with my permission since its the only way to get it out.
The man working on it said it took them 4 hours to do this.
Lucky for me they gave me a break on labor and didn't charge by the fucken hour.
Firestone was even nice enough to drive to a near by tire shop to purchase a matching lug nut to replace the Fucked up one.
Good service from Firestone.
BAD service from AAA.

no i wasn't watching him and yes, aaa did put those scratches on the rim.
thats nothing compared to what Firestone had to do, to remove the rim................

How can he file a complaint? He said the lug was stripped and the AAA guy said he could "try to cut it w/ a bolt cutter" and he agreed. I'm sure the AAA guy didn't 100% guarantee him that it would be harmless. He fucked himself by stripping it in the 1st place. So now tough ****. Sorry but don't blame someone trying to help you out.

yes, i was fucked over.
the lug was stripped, but not badly stripped. it could of been easly removed with a wheel lock remover.

Yes, I should of said no when he said that he could try to cut it off.
But I was desperate and need a ride back home. And didn't want to pay 200 for towing.
What I should of done was call a tow truck company which had the right tools to removed a wheel lock.
Cause that one didn't.

Why? They did what was asked of them. He could have told them not to use the bolt cutters. If anything, poor vehicle maintenance is to blame.
