No they are painted on. I know what you're talking about. Yeah i guess i will try the compound approach. What about wetsanding. Can i do that and if so how?

first wash your car, dry it, then leave it in the sun to get heated
then goto the ends and pull the pin stripes off...
becareful not to stratch the REAL paint though

Haha. Well, if it's painted on, there's really not much you can do, except sand it off, and repaint it.
Is it stock pinstriping on the Integra? Stock pinstriping is a sticker.

Yes, Everyone they are painted on. I've seen them and they look like $hiT. Actually speedy, they don't look that bad. But you are right, you need to get those damn things off.

use reactive reducer. Havent tried it yet but thats what someone said to use!
