the 300 dollar civic project
Yes...300 dollars worth of civic...came with a giant ugly wing and body kit...and a seized motor...already found another d-series motor/tranny..complete for 500 bucks...
Took off the wing..front bumper..and one side skirt before work today..Yellow tape is to prevent water from getting in where the tailights should be..the holes in the trunk lid from the giant wing...and the battery died about an inch from me getting the window up

Oh dear God. Baby, what did the bad man do to you?
Good luck, hope you're doing this for fun/education, it looks like you've got a fair amount of work ahead of you.

definetly looking forward to it...im hoping im gonna have the engine by sunday...if thats the case im gonna do the waterpump/timingbelt on the replacement...take the old engine out...and would love to have the replacement in and running before dark...very possible as long as its not pouring out.
im glad to have saved the kitty...lol...i just want the thing looking stock....last thing i need to do is draw attention to myself...
depending on how loud the greddy exhaust is that may be taken off also..
Plans for it at this point is to get it on the road as a daily so i dont have to drive my tired-as-hell GTI anymore....then eventually id like to boost it...but we will see how that goes..right now im just happy to have a honda again
