Radio code doesn't work

Radio code doesn't work
I have a 2003 honda accord Ex. It has a navigation system. the battery was disconnected and i had to get the codes from the honda website. The navigation system code worked. the code for the radio is still not working. i got a 5 digit code for the radio code. the Help section said that i should turn the **** and input the #s for each letter of COdE. that is only 4 digits. Does anyone know how to input the code? I keep getting an error message when i get to the 4th digit. Honda is closed until Tuesday.
