Default Need a "No Start" Flowchart For 04 Accord

Can anyone provide me a "no start" flowchart for a 04 Accord 4 cylinder. They can be found in the Helm's manual which I don't have.

Car will crank but not start. Oil pressure light remains ON, and the Check Engine Light does NOT come on at all. The CEL should at least blink for 2-3 seconds during key engagment which it does not.

Pretty sure there may be a problem with the ecu. The AC drain tube clogged soaking the passenger side footwell with water. Water may have came in contact with the ecu circuitry.

Doesn't sound good at all. I diagnosed a similar issue with a 2004 TL and the evap drain tube had clogged and water got into the PCM...fried it. The TL also had blown several fuses, one for the Ignition Coil Packs. Once I put the PCM in the IMMOBI light was out but it still wouldn't crank and that's when I found the blown fuses. Does the IMMOBILIZER light blink with the switch on or while trying to crank? I would open up the ECM and see if there is any water damage.

Had this exact thing happen about 3 weeks ago. The customer was so pissed but he bought the computer. Took it back to his house and said he fixed the leak. He came back a week later same issue. The PCM was full of water.
"Sucks to be You Man" was the only thing I could say.

Now as for the no start on the accord. I would try to swap PGM-FI relays. Or maybe take yours apart and look for a burn mark on the solder joints. One of them may be burnt or broken. Try to solder it back up.

Long past due update...from what i recall, I checked spark and fuel and did not have either. Fuel pump did not turn on. Replaced ecu and had my friend that works at the dealership reset the immobilzer. Car ran great afterwards... i even slightly re-routed the path of the evap hose to avoid any future reoccurences
