a/c ECU question.
I have a 2003 accord v6 a/c stopped working found it to be bad compressor (wouldn't jump from relay, no grounds) I put a new compressor in vacuumed it down to 30 lbs charged system, clutch would not engage unless I jumped relay has all proper pressures, works great (jumped) but found ECU not sending strong enough signal to start clutch, when I press a/c on fans come on engine idles up but no clutch, do I need to replace ECM or is there another solution? thanks for any help

Re: a/c ECU question.
So you are not getting ground from the PCM at A27? Or are you getting ground at the PCM but not at the relay, bad wire. You state "but found ECU not sending strong enough signal to start clutch"?

Re: a/c ECU question.
if i jump relay a/c will work so relay to compressor is o/k, I am an OLD tech and I am limited in scanner hardware (i did use a cheap meter and showed very weak signal comming from 18 wire on ECU)

Re: a/c ECU question.
Thats for you to find.
Not trying to be flippant, but you need to go over the diagram and see how the compressor is supposed to come on. Once you have reviewed this info, you may have found your answer.
If you are still not sure after that,I can look up the diagram at work and try to help.
