Brake Pads: OEM vs Posi-Quiet vs Other aftermarket
This is for my girlfriends 03 Accord V6 Coupe
Which would you recommend?
I can get the OEM with the front rotors resurfaced for $330+ tax
Posi-Quiet with all rotors resurfaced for $280 or less (can negotiate)
Or would you recommend any other brands?
I assume not the semi-metallic since those are noisy and not really needed for daily driving....
Thanks!

You don't even need to turn the rotors, IMO. I have always just replaced pads with oem, and don't have problems. If the rotors are warped, I would replace them.

Except in areas where salt/rust is an issue. It is always a good idea to resurface the rotors. Rust ridges on rotors can cause brake noise and premature brake pad wear.

I changed out my girlfriend's OEM front brakes with Centric Premium rotors and PBR Ultimate Ceramic pads with no complaints about them. I could've probably went with PBR Deluxe pads to save a few bucks. Low dust, no noise/squeal, and the car stops as good as OEM.
For rotors, Centric, Brembo, and EBC OEM comparable replacements have never given me issues on any one of my Honda, Toyota, or BMW's.
As far as brake pads, I'll only used PBR Deluxe or Ultimates because i've always found them priced nicely and they perform to my liking. I've tried a good number of different pads and always go back to PBR's.
