Blinker on Speed
So I recently bought new headlights for my wife's 2004 Honda Accord. I purchased these off eBay (i know i know), but the car is black and they look amazing and they have a warranty.

Well when receiving them I noticed they came already loaded with a set of blink bulb and socket already installed, along with a extra pair of bulbs in case. So I installed the headlights and checked everything and everything was good. Instead of checking the blinkers I just hit the flasher and car was normal. Awesome...
Then we get on the road and I hit the blinker to make a right turn and the blinker has apparently picked up a meth habit. It blinked crazy fast, so I checked the other side and the same thing. Best way to describe it is; if you have a bad bulb the way the blink acts. So the next day I did a little testing. I pulled the stock bulbs out 1157A and they are too big for the socket housing on the headlight (explains why it came with pre-set blinkers). So I take out the bulb that came with it, and installed the 1157a (into the socket it came with not into the housing) and the bulb blinked normal. This was the same for both sides.
Not a socket issue
Not a wiring issue
Not a relay issue
Apparently the bulb is the culprit. So I did a little more research and this is where I need some help. What bulb would be interchangable? The bulb that came with it only has the following markings:
12V10/5W DOT and has a Globe Dome Diameter head on it
- like this: http://parts.powersportsbest.com/med...04-000037c.jpg
Stock 1157A:
12.8/14 Volt - 8.3W - 2.1/0.59 Amps
Any suggestions on where I can get a bulb that has nearly the same setup as OEM but smaller? I found these this morning:
Drag Specialties Small Globe Bulbs Dual Filament (Amber 23/8W) (Pair)
Any help would be great!
