Auto-Start on alarm stopped working

Auto-Start on alarm stopped working
I recently changed my battery out of my '04 Accord and right after doing that, the auto-start on my Viper alarm stopped working. Whenever I try to auto-start my car now, it cranks the engine three times but fails to turn the engine.
Has anyone run into this problem or know where I should start to get my auto-start working again?
