Is it normal to hear a air pressure type of sound (or a air pressure sound in a up/down position) when the car is driven on a bouncy road or when the car bounces?

The air pressure sound is best describe as a mechanic at a car repair shop checking/adding air pressure onto the wheels during an oil change or courtesy check

I am hearing the sound when my car is driving on the road at low-average speed. I check the tires and there is nothing wrong so far. Just a minor sound when I drive on a bouncy, bad road.

I think you are hearing the shocks. Take a look there. Or something suspension related.
