2013 Accord passenger airbag indicator
Hi guys, I have a question regarding the airbag OFF light indicator. If there is no front passenger present, or any object on the seat, should the OFF light be turn on? I see in a Toyota, the OFF light turn on if noone is therr n turn off if there is passenger present, so wonder if it work the same or mine sensor is bad. the light does turn on when I turn the ignition but turn off right after.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Yes, it should stay lit if nobody/nothing is in the seat. You should be under warranty, take it back to the dealer.

Alright, just asked the dealer and they said it should not be illuminated if nobody is on, or the person/object is weight more than 65lbs. Kind of strange, because I would assume if nothing is on the seat, the OFF light should be light on indicating the airbag is OFF. Anyway, thanks.
