I have been having starting issues 2005 Honda Accord DX. Car starts cold with no issue. Strong Crank and start. The problem seems to occur only when the engine is hot or warm. The starter has a slow crank and will not start until the third crank or not at all. Battery voltage is fine under load. Fuses and relays are fine. The starter solenoid engages but the starter does not turn. Fuel pump relay and pump are fine.
Is the best bet at this point to replace the starter? I have been avoiding it because it is a pain to access the starter. Any help would be appreciated.
