Default 2004 Honda Accord 4 cyl Low beam

Hello Everyone,

My honda accord's passenger side low beam has gone faulty, here is what i have checked so far:

Bulb is fine
Fuse for low beam under the hood is fine
DRL fuse in the driver side kick panel is fine

What I have tested so far:

I checked the plug of low beam and found that both the pins have continuity in them. Now i am really confused. If this is a short then why isn't any of the fuses blown?
Also, what do i do now?
Please help

Thanks

For the right/pass side the RED/GRN wire should have battery voltage when the lights are on.....test for it, is it there? If so then verify that the BLK wire has continuity to ground, does it?
