Windshield Wipers go on when I turn on the headlights
Any idea whats the problem? It won't turn off so I just pulled the fuse. When I turn off the light the windshield wipers do stop. But as long as the headlights stay on, the windshield wipers never stop wiping. Any idea whats the problem?

hahaha I am sure you not a dsm fan.
1&2 gen dsm sometime when they hard launch the car, the windshield wiper stick get knock back because the car's going out so fast...
it's like one of those 3rd gear vtech joke for honda..but it's real

Did you ever have an alarm system installed or something? It sounds like your wiring is completely fucked up.
I also LOLed pretty good at the thought of driving around at night with the wipers going constantly

Did it just start doing it one day? Like said before, have you had any wiring done in that area?

A couple of questions for you. Do you still have the plastic molding that goes above the driverside front fender well? Also, is your car lowered with wheels? The wires for the lights and for the wipers all run above your driver side front tire. If they have been rubbing against your tire, they could be touching together and creating the short that is causing the problem. That is my only guess.

I know this is an old Post but I'm having the exact same issue and have searching all over, checking ever ground I can find. Even sanding the ground spots but still my wipers go on with my headlights.
