EF civic wing on CB9 wagon

does anyone have a DIY write up on how to install EF hatch oem wing (88-91 civic) on 90-93 accord wagons?

the only thing i have is this:

Based on how new the paint looks on NCOutlaw's wagon for the paint, I'm going to wager it was either fiberglassed in or welded if it was metal. I've got a feeling though it's plastic or fiber glass and was molded in.
