hot start issue
Every time I shut off my car for a few minutes and then go to turn it back on the Damn thing wont start. I have to sit and wait for 15 minutes before the fuel pump will switch on even after swapping out the relay. What can i do to fix this other than just letting the car idl3?

It actually is more then likely your battery!! I had the exact same problem, only to come to find out my battery never held a full charge. Changed it never had the problem again!! Now my VW Jetta does it. I charge the battery for awhile and stars right up NO PROB... Def Test battery with a voltage meter!

Re: hot start issue
It's not the battery. I can sit here and let tje car turn over for 5 mins no problem. I am assuming the fuel pump relay due to the fact that usually when I replace it I am good for a few months. Now I have a new one in and it still won't start if I let it sit for a few mins. I have to sit and wait 10 mins for it to start up again

Re: hot start issue
Ignition coils can have a hot soak malfunction.
You should confirm if the problem is a loss of ignition or a loss of fuel. It's not common for a loss of compression, air or timing to cause intermittent hot-soak no-starts.
Therefore, I would start by confirming spark. It's the easiest to confirm. If spark is fine I would inspect the fuel system.
