Default Whistling Noise! Engine Bay area, not speakers

I'm just curious latley when ive been driving ive been hearing like a whistling noise, its kinda of a low sounding whistling noise but im just wondering if its normal or not?

its not comming from my speakers, it sounds like its comming from the engine bay somewheres!

probbaly a really dumb question, but im just curious!!

No i never cleaned my throttle body?!
the only thing that i did clean was my EGR valve! i took it out and cleaned it with carb cleaner cause i was throwing off the code for the EGR valve! and that problem is fixed now!

never installed anything? just a intake a long time ago!!

are you sure the whistling isn't coming from your intake?

It's very common with Accords to notice a whistling sound coming from the intake at a certain throttle position. With the stock intake the sound is muffled enough that you don't hear it. In my car, I only hear the sound at light throttle positions.
