Whats a good way to get the timing right on an '88 Accord?

first off why do u have 2 posts about the same question???????????????
Put car at top dead center # 1 cylinder , there is a plug in the block below top rad hose, remove it and look in there to line up the top dead center mark,, top dead is the white line ..camshaft pulley with the up mark, up, if u have valve cover off and look at back side of cam pulley u will see some notches on pulley u need to line it up evenly with the top of the head ,,,,,,again make sure u are on # 1 cylindr
